SHIPPING:

  • You have the option of free shipping or local pickup with your order.
  • For local pickup I will contact you when your order is ready and arrange a time suitable to pick up your item/s.
  • For free shipping your order will be posted within 48 hours of your order being processed.

PRODUCT CARE:

  • We recommend items are hand washed in warm water.
  • Bandanas can be air dried and ironed.
  • We recommend bows are straightened while wet and left to dry inside to retain their shape.

RETURNS:

At some point you may need to return an item to us. Whether it's faulty, the wrong size, or not what you ordered at all, we are happy to accept returns under the following conditions.

Refunds/Exchanges

If you're returning an item because you've chosen the wrong size, colour, or it really wasn't what you expected, the item you're returning must be unused i.e in resellable condition. In these instances you will be responsible for the postage incurred in returning the item to us. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of the original purchase and should be clearly labelled with your contact details in case we need to reach you.

Faulty products

If your VetPad is faulty from workmanship or materials, please let us know. We will need to evaluate the product to ensure that it is faulty and not damaged through wear and tear. Please contact us regarding your faulty product within  14 days of receipt of the original purchase so that we can determine what has gone wrong and ensure it doesn't reoccur. If an item is deemed to be faulty we may repair or replace depending on the situation.

Damaged products

Due to the unpredictable nature of pets we cannot offer refunds or replacements for damaged products.

VetPads

SHIPPING:

  • All VetPads are made to order by our manufacturer, Due to this process pads may take 1-2 months to arrive.
  • We will provide order updates during the manufacturing and shipping processes.
  • Flat rate shipping is offered at $20.

PRODUCT CARE:

  • All that is required to clean your VetPad is to wipe it down with your favourite disinfectant.
  • If you prefer you can also use water and detergent as the pads are completely air tight.

Damaged products

We are confident in the Ripstop VetPad's ability to withstand A LOT of scratching. That said, dogs come in all different sizes and abilities and if a Tibetan Mastiff decided to destroy a pad we wouldn't put it past him.

We offer a 30 day refund on claw related injury's to Ripstop VetPads, if we suspect that the animal in question has used his teeth instead a refund or replacement will not be offered.

No refunds or replacements will be offered for damaged PVC VetPads. While they do come in a lot of fancy colours please only choose PVC if wear and tear is likely to be minimal.
